Contents: A Catalogue of the first day of sale of rare English Delftware describing 17th-century wares including a harvest jug dated 1699 with arms and harvesting scenes; a dish with the arms of the grocers company; blue dash charges with various monarchs; a tulip charger and a fecondite dish; several series of dated plates; a Ming style cup dated 1678; a model of a cat; rare pair of shoes. The catalogue also describes a representative collection of 18th-century Delft including the John Keeling puzzle jug dated 1742; several dated tankards, and wall pockets of various patterns; a Liverpool candlestick; electioneering plates; a documentary Wincanton plate; a painted Liverpool covered vase; tea wares, punch bowls and a large collection of dated plates. Part two: Green paperback catalogue: approximately 7 .5 x 9.5 inches tall: 52 pages describing 181 lots plus 10 pages of black and white photographic illustration. Contents: a catalogue of the second day of sale of rare English Delftware describing 17th-century wares including a Lambeth dinner service dated 1686, dated chargers, "Malling jugs" and "bleu persan" wares; tulip charges; inscribed posset pots; dated plates, jacks and a money box. The catalogue also describes a representative live collection of 18th-century Delft including a Lambeth polychrome urn; a Bristol urn and food warmer; a Liverpool pill slab and a baluster vase; a dated Lambeth Barbers bowl; a Bristol placemen plate; Liverpool tin glazed stonewares; tea wares and a collection of dated plates and bowls.
