Condition: ex library, with small library stamps to reverse of title page of vol 2:  board covers detached  and reattached with tape: spine to volume 1 completely missing:  areas of spine  to volume 2 missing : contents very clean and good  with  sporadic age darkening throughout .  Small woodcut decorations between  chapters, and  to some capital letters.
