Synopsis : The Author recounts his journeys across the Arabian Desert to the unexplored and unmapped Empty Corner in the early 1960´s, when in the company of a small group of Bedu he travelled on camelback in extreme conditions though hostile country, where any captured alien tribesman or unbeliever would be put to death. Impressive photographs and maps support the text. Condition : No dust jacket: cover stained , spine shelf- darkened: corners bumped: gift inscription to front end paper: 11 small stains to lower part of page 143: otherwise contents very clean, binding firm: overall clean, acceptable and collectable. used books
